Hi Gareth. No to Ipad at present. Working on platform independent version in || with Windows dev. I've just got a Mac too. I pan on installing the free Wine HQ and using that route. However it's not exactly straightforward. I hope to post on it soon. There is also a yahoo group for the purpose.

Hi Dear,

I was wondering that could you help me on this issue.
I am using your program in Turkey. I choose Turkish as Language options. When I change the column name to something which has a Turkish character. It won't display properly on the screen.
Could you kindly tell me what to do to overcome this issue.

hi, i'm afraid sailwave is only available natively for windows. i am working on a platform independent version but this is some time off and based on html5 and javascript. to run sailwave on linux/mac you will have to install some sort of windows emulation software. the recent version of sailwave have the highest compatibility standard with wine hq. http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=6800

sorry, i used meta for want of a better word, nothing specific. had in mind a series for each saturday with the final results for each saturday imported into an overall 'meta' series as a single race. so say you did 30 saturday series, there would be 30 races in the 'meta' series and the place for each race in the meta series was equal to the final rank in the corresponding sat series. this saves having hundreds of races in the 'meta' series. sound like you do in fact do something like this. just wanted to point out there was an import facility to do it. cj.

Thanks for the prompt reply, could you tell me what a meta series is.
What I did for the yearly club champion is take the results from all qualifing series, 27 in all, and put them into a new series then produced the results with 8 discards. this gave me the results for overall series winner.

Thanks

hi chris, depends what you mean. you can export the results in CSV format for generic processing by something else - e.g. a spreadsheet. you can also create a 'meta' series where each race contains the overall places results from one saturday series say. there is also XML export of the series available.
