As part of our continued investment in our infrastructure to improve your service, our Network team will be replacing a number of switches on Wednesday 30th January. Some customers may experience downtime during these essential works. We expect downtime to last no more than 1 hour. These works will begin at 9pm.

We understand your Heart Internet services are important to you and we are very sorry any potential downtime comes at such short notice. We have not taken this decision lightly and have decided to take immediate action so we can make the fix and maintain the quality of our service.
