Updated to correctly remove the race caption and the table it now shows as version 1.03

This Effect can be used to remove races that have no results

Imagine a situation where you have multiple handicap fleets and the fleets are sailing a different number of races.  You ask Sailwave to publish individual races and all sailed races.  R3 will have been sailed but it might not of for one particular fleet.  If Sailwave publishes R3 it will publish for all fleets.  This effect will remove those races for fleets that have not sailed that race
